Our commitment

We want every guest to be able to learn about events, dining, lodging, reservations, and The Crossing mobile app. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we include it in design, content, development, and review work.

Accessibility standard

Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. This statement describes that goal and our current approach; it is not a claim that every page or connected third-party service has been formally certified as fully conformant.

Measures we take

We use semantic page structure, descriptive page titles, visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operable navigation, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable color contrast, responsive layouts, zoom-friendly content, and reduced-motion support.

We also review new content and features for accessibility and keep accessibility feedback in the same maintenance workflow as other website issues.

Browsers and assistive technology

The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and for common keyboard, screen-reader, text-zoom, and reduced-motion configurations. Older or unsupported browsers may not present every feature as intended.

Third-party services and known limitations

Some booking, ticketing, mapping, social-media, careers, live-stream, and app-store experiences are provided by third parties and may have accessibility behavior outside our direct control. The Mews reservation experience is one example. We will help provide reservation, event, or property information another way when reasonably possible.

We are continuing to review the site and do not currently represent that it has completed a formal third-party accessibility audit.

Assessment approach

Accessibility is assessed through ongoing internal review of the website's structure, content, keyboard behavior, responsive layouts, and supported interaction patterns. We will update this statement as testing, services, or known limitations change.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, call The Crossing at Big Creek at (334) 803-8138. Please tell us the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that information. We will work with you to provide the information or service through a reasonable alternative.

Statement updates

We may revise this statement as the website, mobile app, connected services, accessibility standards, or our assessment practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest published revision.
